The challenge!!

So as part of the comments I recieved on my last blog you guys challenged me to workout more often from this day forward I will go on a walk nightly at least around the block if not farther, if I don’t have the motivation I will ask myself the question that dan gave me to ask myself wich is ” What do I really want” .  The answer is I want to be the skinny girl that gets heads to turn I want to  be the happy healthy wife and mother that my family deserves so that is my motivation thank you to everyone who responded to my blog Now I have to get off my butt and away from this computer to my walk thanks again.

    can do it! Just keep thinking about what Dan said, and about what you

    You can do it!!!

    So now it is my turn and i am blowing off the dust off my treadmill and let me

    see how long i can stay on. It may only be 10 minutes or more but it is

    better than no exercise.

    P.S. I marched myself to the Weight Watcher meeting today and signed up

    for 17 weeks. Now i have to be good.
