Sorry

Sorry missed a couple of days my brother leaves for marines bootcamp on the 10th of october and his going away party was Saturday and my hubbys birthday was friday so I am a little behind.  I didn’t get to my regular walk and my food choices were bad ( mindys peanut butter bars)  Today I will force my family off the couch to brave the chilly weather to burn off some of the bad stuff from yesterday.  I weigh in on tuesday so hopefully I can fix my oopses from the weekend by then.

    Hey Fawn,

    Just wanted to let you know that there is an Oct. exercise accountability

    thread. I signed up just keep me in line. Why don’t you join it too.

    We don’t have to exercise every day but if we can get it in at least 3 x’s

    a week, that is good too.

    I had a down day today…. The scale is not moving and i have been good.

    I don’t know what i am doing wrong??

    I did exercise today, but only did 3/4 mile on the treadmill but i used incline

    and i did some weights on the nautilus. Blah day……..

    Anyway, jump right back in(i know you will)
